MEET OUR FOUNDER
Kierra Woodger, MPA
Kierra Woodger is a Detroit native, visionary entrepreneur, and housing advocate. After losing her father — she watched her mother and grandmother transform grief into purpose, restoring Detroit homes and creating stability for families. With a background in real estate investing, construction management, and public administration (MPA), Kierra launched KIE2LAVIDA PROPERTIES LLC to do more than manage properties — she set out to rebuild futures.

Through her woman-owned, community-driven company, Kierra champions affordable housing, partners with nonprofits to combat youth homelessness, and empowers Detroit's underserved neighborhoods with access, opportunity and dignity.

What are your property management fees?
We offer transparent, fixed pricing. Full-service property management is $150/month per unit. This includes tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and more. We also have separate pricing for tenant placement ($1,500 flat fee) and rent collection/bookkeeping-only services ($75/month per unit).
